The inclusion of a new member of TRANSEARCH International Ltda. is conditioned to his non-linkage with any external financial or industrial group.

Each one of the associated companies renders its services in conformity with the highest professional standards and commits itself to honor the strict CODE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF AESC described in the following, in order to protect the interests of the client, the candidates and of the companies associated with TRANSEARCH.

TRANSEARCH only accepts services for which its considers itself qualified to execute.The members observe the right to reject a service of a client company when they deem that a level of professional expertise or specialization higher than they possess is required.

The members of TRANSEARCH commit themselves to reveal the existence of ongoing services of TRANSEARCH in a given market sector, when this service may conflict with a new service or if the ongoing activity may affect the capacity of a member to execute the service with the maximum efficiency.

No member will accept a service in a company in which another recruitment and selection firm is working.

All the information that permeates the selection process will be kept absolutely confidential until TRANSEARCH receives specific authorization to reveal it.

The remuneration of the services delivered by TRANSEARCH is paid by the contracting company. Under no circumstances will TRANSEARCH accept remuneration from candidates.

All client employees are considered off limits, except when specifically authorized by the client.
