4 Interviews with the client
Facilitation of the interviews ensuring that each party, as far as possible, learns about the other party so that they may make the best decision.
5 Referencing
Checking with former superiors, peers and subordinates, besides other sources.
6 Negotiation
Intermediation preparing the way and facilitating the decision-making process.
7 Integration
Coaching – monitoring and counseling of the hired executive helping and orientating him or her in the solution of possible problems of relationship and/or management.
