Antonio Carlos Lopes is Partner and Executive Director of TRANSEARCH Brazil.

An Accounting Sciences graduate, he has a post-graduate degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (Master’s) and a post-graduate Controllership degree from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo.

He has dedicated himself professionally to advisory and consulting activities in the fields of accounting, auditing, finance, business administration and development of plans for succession.

He is the principal partner of ASSCONT - Assessoria Contábil e Auditoria S/S, and of ASSCONT - Consultoria e Gestão Ltda., companies with more than 25 years of activity not only in the above-mentioned areas but also among local clients, such as multinationals, as well as in processes of company founding, acquisition and joint ventures, comprising financial engineering, tax planning and integral management.

He is also the partner and founder of an Internet company that is today the leader in its segment.

He possesses quite a diversified experience, involving business and actions in multiple markets, with special emphasis on consulting companies in general, and on executive search in particular.

He has also dedicated himself to university teaching, in the areas of accounting and finance.
