Arlindo Marin is a Senior Consultant of TRANSEARCH Brazil, responsible for coordinating the contacts with international clients of TRANSEARCH.

He has over twenty five years of experience in senior executive search, acquired in Europe and in the Americas. His expertise concentrates in searches for strategic positions in manufacturing, telecom/IT, professional services, food and agribusiness, and in Management Assessments.

Prior to associating with TRANSEARCH, Arlindo was a consultant and partner at Egon Zehnder International. He worked in Paris, Madrid and Milan, and then in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico.

In the 90's, he created his own “consulting boutique” in executive search and then became a partner of Horton International, which operations he developed in Brazil and Latin America.
Elected member of the Executive Committee, for two years he has been Chairman of this committee. Since 2004, Arlindo merged his company with TRANSEARCH.

He holds an engineering degree and an MBA from INSEAD.  He started his career as an Industrial Engineer, having worked in Brazil, UK and Germany, before moving to a career in executive search.

Arlindo is an active member of different Chambers of Commerce, and he assists his clients in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, besides his native Portuguese.
