Flavio Buschinelli is a Senior Associated Consultant at TRANSEARCH Brasil.

A graduate in Economics from the University of São Paulo - USP, with a post-graduate and Master’s degree in Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo, he concentrated his academic training in International Marketing.

Always active at companies with international prominence such as Coors, SKF, Detroit, TI Group, Continental Teves, Rieter, IDEA, among others, he concentrated his professional focus on Marketing, Strategic Planning and Business Development, occupying Division management positions with regional responsibilities (Latin America).

He was a member of several committees at the Federation of Industries of São Paulo - FIESP, Brazilian Association of the Industry of Machinery and Equipment - ABIMAQ, National Syndicate of the Automotive Vehicle Component Industry, American Chamber of Commerce - AMCHAM, Brazilian Association of Advertisers - ABA, etc.

He was active as a professor of Strategic Marketing and Marketing at the Superior School of Advertising and Marketing - ESPM, in Campinas and São Paulo.

Although he concentrated his activities in the industrial sector, he also had significant experiences in the service segment, having worked at VASP and at the Playcenter, in managerial functions in the areas of Marketing and Communication.

As a result of his managerial experience, he received an invitation in 2005 to begin his career as a headhunter, in which he has stood out for providing recurrent services to large international groups from several industrial and service sectors, relative to senior and middle-management positions.

Invited to become a member of the TRANSEARCH Brasil team, he will doubtlessly have available more modern and appropriate tools to better service his clients. He speaks English and Spanish.
