Luiz Felipe Calazans is a Senior Consultant and Partner at TRANSEARCH and one of the founding partners of Philip, Calazans, Endler Assessoria em Recursos Humanos (PCE), back in 1981, occasion when he consolidated his vast knowledge in this market niche in Brazil.

With a degree in Law and complementary courses in Business Administration, Calazans is one of those rare consultants who started in this area as a Trainee at Grupo Executives-Prospect, where he stayed for ten years and then joined Eigenheer & Associates as Associate Senior Consultant, being there for five years.

In 1988 he was nominated Coordinator of the Special Commission designated to act at the National Congress.  This Commission was created especially to defend the interests of the executive search companies.  After many long negotiations, they were finally successful in the preservation of the interests of these companies.

With nearly forty years of experience, Calazans can be considered a generalist, having acted in a very expressive and diversified markets and positions. Thus, he presents a strong expertise in Human Resources, Legal, Finance and Controlling management positions.
