Edgard Xavier is Consultant TRANSEARCH Brazil.

Graduated in Business Administration and a number of specialized courses in Financial Market, where the military for over thirty years and several renowned institutions, with emphasis on Corporate Bank.

He began his career at Banco Safra where he remained for more than 15 years, having been General Superintendent of Corporate Finance, when he was invited to join the BMG service as Executive Director for Public Sector and Leasing, where he stayed for five years. Again the call went to the BMC as Executive Director responsible for Public Sector Operations and BNDES. His last challenge was to deploy this same area at Banco Alfa de Investimentos, which he left after two years, with the mission accomplished, to care for pet projects.

Participated as member of committees and a lecturer at FEBRABAN, which dominated areas - Public Sector Operations, Consumer Direct Credit and Leasing Operations.

In 2006 he was invited, as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search, has just joined the "global practice" Financial Market in Brazil TRANSEARCH.

Edgard devotes most of his time as a volunteer in the Third Sector, as acting Director of Public Relations and Community Center Nursery Sinhazinha Meirelles.
