Ewaldo Endler is a Senior Consultant and Partner of TRANSEARCH Brazil and one of the founding partners of Philip, Calazans, Endler - Assessoria em Recursos Humanos (PCE).

With a degree in Business Administration, he taught Administration Theory in several universities and released innumerous articles on executive search in famous press titles.

Ewaldo initiated his career in industry as Methods and Standards Manager at Indústrias Trussardi and Firestone. Plant Manager at Interprint, he became the Deputy General Manager.

In 1972 he started in executive search as Operations Manager at Executives-Prospect, and four years later joined the Eigenheer & Associados as Associate Senior Consultant.

Ewaldo participated in the start of PCE in 1981, later becoming TRANSEARCH Brazil.

He has been for ten years member of the board and Vice-President of TRANSEARCH International in Latin America.

He is a generalist with deep knowledge in organization. His expertise developed along his career allows him to lead any top executive search process, for any kind of structure and sector.

Ewaldo is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
