Gabriela Rodrigues Tierno is a Senior Associate Consultant at TRANSEARCH Brasil.

She has a Master's degree in Resource Management from the Methodist Institute Superior School of São Paulo. She has also taken anMBAdegree in Enterprise Management at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in São Paulo, and a post-graduate degree in HR Management at the United Metropolitan Faculties (FMU) of São Paulo. She is a Philosophy graduate from
the Ipiranga Associated Faculties (FAI), also of São Paulo.

She is a Senior Coach, certified by the Integrated Coaching Institute - ICI, an affiliate of the International Coaching Federation - USA. She has obtained certification in “The 7 Habits of Very Efficient Persons” from the Franklin Covey Institute of Puerto Rico, and the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator certification – an instrument based on Personal Preferences, of Oxford, UK.

Gabriela Tierno has amassed thirty years of professional experience in Human Resources,
focused primarily in the areas of Leadership Development, Evaluation of Executives,
Development and Management of Managerial Competencies and Leadership, Development and Management of Talents, Career and Succession Planning for Executives and Leaders, Development and Management of Change Programs, and Coach of the Organization's Executives andTalents.

Over a period of fifteen years she was the HR Director at AstraZeneca do Brasil, being a member of the Brazilian Steering Committee. She was an Effective Member of the HR Global Committee at the parent company in London, UK.

During fourteen years Gabriela Tierno was employed as HR Regional Manager at Du Pont do Brasil, working in all the Latin American countries. She was a Member of the World Committee for Expatriate Affairs worldwide, concomitantly with the position of HR Global Director in the United States. Held the position of HR Manager for fourteen years at Massey Ferguson do Brasil, being responsible for HR in the company's 3 plants in Brazil.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
