Ruy Philip is a Senior Consultant and Founding-Partner of TRANSEARCH Brazil, having been in this business segment since 1971.

Ruy is graduated in Business Administration by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), in 1966.  Previously to this consulting practice, he worked four years at Ford, mainly in the marketing area.

In 1971 he was invited to start in the executive search activity by Executives-Prospect, which change the path of his career, where he stayed until 1976, and five years later joined the Eigenheer & Associados as Associate Senior Consultant. In late 1981, with two partners he created Philip, Calazans, Endler, later becoming TRANSEARCH Brazil.

His experience is particularly wide and multidisciplinary, having assisted companies in almost all business areas, making him a recognized professional, without having a replacement for the last twenty years.

In terms of experience, we can mention the following sectors in which he has worked: retail, telecommunications and information technology, service and trade organizations, insurance and banking, consumer and industrial products.
